About GrabnGo Pantry.
GrabnGo Pantry is a local, veteran-owned company preparing a self-service snack and drink pantry for an apartment community near Lewisville. Our team plans the setup with property management and handles pantry stocking, cleaning, and resident purchase support.
GrabnGo Pantry is operated by Sosa Shops Inc.
Proposals and paperwork
We prepare the written proposal, the agreement draft, the W-9 and insurance certificate requests, the vendor-registration packet, and the information needed for ownership approval. Our team reviews the proposal and signs the agreement with the property.
Stocking and cleaning
At opening, the service plan includes two planned restocking visits each week. GrabnGo Pantry handles pantry stocking and cleaning, and after opening we prepare updates on pantry use and service for your management team.
Resident support
Our team provides direct help for residents with purchase or refund questions. We agree on resident support responsibilities in writing before installation and review any service issues with your property team during the trial.
Our first community
We bring experience in retail operations, but we have not yet operated an apartment pantry. We’re preparing a six-month trial at one qualified Lewisville-area community.
Before installation, we agree on the location, access, restocking, cleaning, resident support, and removal terms in writing. During the trial, we’ll review what residents buy, whether products stay stocked, and any service issues with your team.
