Setup starts with a property fit review: your community's location, the space you have in mind, and how access to that space is managed. The pilot concept pairs one refrigerator and one freezer with open shelving and a self-service checkout kiosk.

Final equipment, dimensions, and layout depend on the property review. The arrangement requires agreed space, electricity, and service access, in an area with suitable controlled access.

Residents browse the open shelves and refrigerated and frozen selections, pick their items, and complete the purchase themselves at the self-service checkout — no staffed counter and no vending-machine spirals.

Pilot-stage note: accepted payment methods will be listed once the checkout system is selected and demonstrated. Until then, payment details are confirmed during planning.

The planned service includes product purchasing through wholesalers, replenishment visits, and routine cleaning by our team, so the market stays full and fresh without work for your staff.

The actual service schedule and maintenance responsibilities will be published once they are confirmed for each property.

Resident access follows the property's rules and the hours of the area containing the market. We typically align with existing amenity hours and do not promise universal 24-hour access.
