Apartment Pantry Service

A self-service pantry service for your apartment community.

GrabnGo Pantry is developing apartment micro-markets: a refrigerator, freezer, shelving, and self-service checkout inside your community, with sourcing, restocking, and upkeep handled by our team.

Is your property a fit?

The service is planned for apartment communities that can offer suitable space and controlled pantry-area access. We qualify every property individually before proposing a setup.

  • A suitable shared space — an amenity lounge, lobby alcove, clubhouse corner, or similar area.

  • Access arrangements that fit your building's rules, aligned with existing amenity hours.

  • Interest in a pilot-stage partnership, reviewed site by site.

Operator and property responsibilities

The planned split keeps the day-to-day market work with our team. Network needs and other terms are established for each property during planning.

GrabnGo Pantry plans to manage

  • Product purchasing through wholesalers

  • Replenishment visits to keep the market stocked

  • Routine cleaning and day-to-day upkeep of the market

  • Self-service checkout equipment for the pilot setup

The property provides

  • Agreed space for the refrigerator, freezer, and shelving

  • Electricity at the market location

  • Service access so our team can restock

  • A market area with suitable controlled access

Space and access needs

The starting concept pairs one refrigerator and one freezer with open shelving and a self-service checkout kiosk. The exact space required depends on your property's layout and conditions, which we review with you before proposing a setup.

Resident access follows your building's rules and the hours of the area containing the market — we typically align with existing amenity hours rather than promising universal 24-hour access.

Pilot Proposal — Terms Pending Owner Confirmation

Proposed pilot commercial terms

The current pilot proposal does not include an installation charge for approved pilot properties. Qualifying conditions and property responsibilities are stated alongside the offer before any agreement — it is not a blanket “free” promise.

The current pilot proposal does not include property rent or revenue sharing. Both points are pending final owner confirmation and are agreed in writing with each property before launch.

Accepted payment methods will be listed once the checkout system is selected and demonstrated for the pilot.

How onboarding works

1

Request a property fit review

Share your community's location, approximate occupied apartments, available space, and access arrangements.

2

Plan the market together

We discuss layout, equipment, product mix, checkout approach, and operating terms before anything is installed.

3

Open and restock

Once the market is ready, residents shop through self-service checkout and our team handles ongoing replenishment.
