Information we collect

The property fit-conversation form requires your full name and work email to request the initial conversation. After submitting it, you may optionally provide your role, apartment community name, city, and phone number; none of those four details is required. After an initial qualification conversation, we may ask for a photograph of the proposed space so we can evaluate the property-specific setup.

The separate resident suggestion form asks for an item and, optionally, a community name. It does not ask for your name, email address, or leasing-office email address, and it does not create an email draft. We may also collect the page you arrived on, referring page, campaign tags, and advertising click identifiers associated with your inquiry.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to evaluate a possible pilot, respond to property inquiries, and plan next steps. Resident suggestions help us plan the pilot opening mix. Inquiry details are stored in our website database and emailed to the GrabnGo Pantry team through our email delivery provider, Resend. Referral and campaign details help us understand how people find us. Resident suggestions are not sent to a leasing office. We do not sell this data.

If you choose to provide a follow-up space photo, it is sent privately as an email attachment to the consultation team. We do not publish it, use it for advertising, or write it to public site storage.

Analytics

For property fit conversations, we send anonymous form-progress events, such as form start, request outcome, and whether optional details are completed or skipped, to PostHog to understand how visitors use the form. These events may include the role selected from our fixed list, which optional fields were filled, and whether a phone number was provided. They do not include the name, work email, community name, city, or phone number typed into the form, and we do not identify visitors by those contact details. The resident suggestion form does not collect an email address or identify residents by email.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog analytics tooling to understand visits, page navigation, and interactions with the Website. Analytics may collect technical information such as device, browser, referring page, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We also load a lightweight analytics script provided by our hosting platform (Replit) that records page views.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our analytics tooling stores small identifiers in your browser to recognize repeat visits. You can block or clear them in your browser settings.

Deletion requests

To ask us to delete an inquiry that has not become part of a signed file or agreement, email info@grabngopantry.com. We may retain information when required by law or needed to maintain a signed business record.
