These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of grabngopantry.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Sosa Shops Inc., doing business as GrabnGo Pantry (“GrabnGo Pantry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Website information

The Website provides general information about a proposed self-service pantry service for apartment communities. Website content is informational and does not create a binding offer, guarantee, partnership, lease, license, or service agreement.

These Website Terms are not the property operating agreement. Any approved installation requires a separate written property agreement.

Pricing, installation, equipment, product assortment, service area, access, operating responsibilities, support, commercial terms, and availability may vary by property and may change. A property installation requires a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.

2. Pilot-stage information

GrabnGo Pantry is in a trial stage. Concept images, proposed assortments, proposed commercial terms, and descriptions of planned operations may show what the service is intended to become. They are not representations that a particular market has opened, that a listed product is available, or that a proposed term will apply to every property.

3. Property inquiries

Submitting a property inquiry form begins an evaluation only. It does not approve a property, reserve equipment, create exclusivity, authorize installation, or require either party to proceed.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to submit information on behalf of the property or organization you identify.

4. Resident-request tools

When you submit the resident-request form, a copy of the request is delivered to GrabnGo Pantry by email. The page then prepares a separate draft that you may review, personalize, and send through your own email service to the leasing office. GrabnGo Pantry does not send that draft to the leasing office automatically. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and selecting whether, when, and where to send it.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the Website or attempt to defeat its security or availability controls
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• Use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Website
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use Website content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sosa Shops Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Website for personal or internal business evaluation. We also permit you to use the resident-request template and the Website’s share tools for their intended purpose of preparing or sharing resident interest in the proposed service. No other license is granted except with our prior written permission or as allowed by law.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website may include links to or features provided by third parties, such as email applications, analytics services, maps, media, or future checkout providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that the information is yours to provide or that you have authority to provide it.

9. No warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any service relationship with a property will be governed by the liability provisions in the applicable written agreement.

11. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the Website and these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The venue for disputes will be confirmed after legal review.
